Import Regulations & Tax Exemptions

  • Decree Law 1.804/80 states that all Brazilian citizens have the right to import products up to $50 USD (U.S. dollars) without taxation.

  • Most of our products fall well below this limit, significantly reducing the likelihood of customs-related charges.

Possible Customs Issues

  • In some cases, the status "Problemas Fiscais" (Fiscal Issues) may be related to ICMS Protocol 021/2011, which requires ICMS collection in the destination state.

  • When this happens, the package is held by SEFAZ and will only be released after bureaucratic procedures.

What to Do if Your Order is Taxed

  • If your order is subject to taxation, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in minimizing the tax burden whenever possible.

  • If the tax cannot be avoided, the payment is the responsibility of the final consumer.

Tracking & Delivery

  • We recommend that you regularly monitor your order status through our tracking tool.

  • Once customs clearance is completed, we will request priority processing to expedite delivery.
